The name Barbaro Butchers is renowned in Western Australia and nationally, and we have a long list of awards to prove it.
Our high standards, premium products, and excellent service are what lifts us above the competition. From 2002 to 2017, we took home 36 Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) WA and National Sausage King Awards for our wide sausage range, including chicken, pork, lamb, gourmet, and traditional Australian BBQ! Our very own Raff was inducted into the AMIC Hall of Fame in 2013.
We are committed to being involved in the community, we recently competed at the 2018 Perth Royal Show Food Awards Sausage Competition and 2018 Australian National Sausage King Competition. We showed the crowd some of our prized techniques and products, won champion traditional sausage and champion sausage overall and Australias BEST Chicken Sausage!
We are immensely proud of our achievements over the years, and of the growing support we’ve received from our community. But being WA’s award winning butcher isn’t just about great food – it’s a devotion to quality, and to great service. We want to pass on our knowledge and techniques so that everyone can enjoy a culinary masterpiece at home.
We stand by our locals in Greenwood and beyond. That’s why we support various community clubs like the Sorrento Bowling Club, Warwick Greenwood JFC, and the Bayswater Cricket Club.
